Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass you will find a cluster of converted warehouses turned into lofts and other unique living spaces. It is home to New York City’s 90th historic district, and several art studios. With easy access to the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges it is also the first stop from Manhattan on the A, C, and F lines. The famous Grimaldi’s pizzeria and Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory are located under the Brooklyn Bridge. Cobblestone roads provide a real sense of character and maintain a piece of the neighborhoods history.
