Greenpoint

In recent years, this well kept secret to the Polish community has become a popular and budding neighborhood. Greenpoint was an attractive neighborhood long before it was even featured on HBO’s “Girls”. In this community the old and new interweave beautifully to create a diverse and welcoming ambiance. Rezoning in the last decade has given way to new development and an increase in the local populations, but mom and pop shops still prevail here.
