The TRIangle BElow CAnal Street was once the heart of New York City manufacturing, but with its proximity to other trendy neighborhoods including SoHo and the West Village, many of the old warehouses have been converted into unique and interesting living spaces. Like many neighborhoods throughout the city, Tribeca was originally a haven for artists seeking huge art and living spaces for more affordable prices. Now, Tribeca is most popularly known for its film festival and also some notable residents such as Robert DeNiro, Jay-Z, and Beyonce. Its proximity to the financial district, Hudson River waterfront, and many fine dining restaurants makes it an especially desirable location.
