Gala's real estate journey began with a heartfelt mission: helping international students find their dream rental homes in Manhattan. Her exceptional talent was quickly recognized, and in 2018, she joined Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. There, she served as the administrative lead for QNS44 Condominiums in Long Island City, one of New York City's fastest-moving projects, expertly orchestrating its journey from launch to a complete sell-out. She simultaneously managed the successful launches and sell-outs of Vernon 123 Condominiums and Greystone Condominiums with equal skill.

In 2021, Gala and The Alexander Pereira Team collectively moved to Modern Spaces. That same year, they launched The Anable Condominiums in the heart of Long Island City. Immediately following its sell-out, the team concurrently launched two new projects: The Alchemy Condominiums in LIC and BLVD Condominiums in the picturesque neighborhood of Forest Hills. Since 2022, Gala has been deeply involved in the meticulous preparation for The Austin Condominiums in Forest Hills, guiding the captivating development through its launch in late 2024. That same year, demonstrating her boundless energy and commitment, she expanded into South Brooklyn to launch a new condo development: The Bealin Condominiums in Bensonhurst. This year, she is concurrently leading two additional exciting endeavors: The OpenAire Condominiums in Astoria and The Role BK Condominiums in Bushwick.

Gala specializes in new development, particularly in Long Island City, and resales across LIC, Woodside, Jackson Heights, Rego Park, Flushing, Bayside, Whitestone, Bensonhurst, Kensington, Bushwick, and both Nassau and Suffolk Counties of Long Island. Her expertise spans co-ops, condos, and multi-family homes. She also thrives in commercial real estate, with extensive knowledge of markets from Manhattan to Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx. 

Gala's keen understanding of the market's pulse, combined with her warm and friendly approach, creates an extraordinary client experience. Outside of real estate, Gala is a passionate artist who enjoys drawing and painting in watercolor, acrylic, and oils. She is also an avid jazz enthusiast and practices yoga to maintain balance and serenity in her fast-paced life.
